Basic Use

Suction-attaching method is used for labeling, achieving plane labeling on various product, such as cosmetics flat bottles, packaging boxes, plastic cover and so on.

Suitable for uneven surface labeling by changing the label overlaying mechanism, such as the labeling on concave surface and circle-arc surface.

Suitable for labeling on various irregular-shaped bottle by changing fixtures.

Optional ribbon print coder or ink-jet printer, to print production date and batch number on the label, achieving coding - labeling integration.

Working Principle

* Core working principle: the sensor detects products in place or to send products-in-place signal by foot stepping, the suction head lowers the label for labeling and label overlaying. Then the suction head turns back to the original positions to suck another label, waiting for another labeling signal. The attaching action of a label is completed.

* Operational process: products putting -> products-in-place judgment (automatic control or manual control) -> labeling and label overlaying (automatically) -> taking out labeled products.
